Barbara Wilson is the most inconsiderate person I have ever come across. She requested a 245 showing and then immediately canceled. That was ok. Then requested a 3pm showing. We approved. At 319pm we received notice she canceled the showing. This was during the time she was already supposed to be there. How rude to not show up and not provide a reason. However, there was a red car parked at the bottom of our driveway. It sat there for about 20 minutes. After we got notice of the cancelation it backed out and left. A third request came in for a 10am. We hesitated to approve this showing but we finally approved it. But only after she called our realtor asking why we had not approved. The request came in on Monday morning for a Wednesday morning showing. We approved it Monday afternoon. So I am not sure why she was so impatient. On Wednesday at 930am as we were outside loading up to leave the home we noticed a car parked at the end of driveway. We hurried to get everyone loaded. Just after 10am an old truck barely running joined the white car and both came up the drive. Due to our family situation I was in the house. There was a note propped against the front door. Other realtors and clients have been very accepting and understanding of my being in one room of the home playing invisible. I heard the door open, I didn't hear anyone say a word, as other realtors have announced their entry. I hollered out "Come on in. If you need anything I'm in here." I heard feet shuffle, the door open and shut. She left without a word. How inconsiderate. If the clients didn't like the house that's fine not a problem. But I wonder if this was even a "real" showing. As the truck backed out and the car {realtor} turned around on parking pad and going forward down the drive something shiney was thrown out the window. (see photo) Apparently, someone is a smoker as it looks like a cigerette package. I suspect it was not a real showing and this realtor played childish games because we expressed to our realtor how upset we were at the cancelation during the showing time. Which of course our realtor passed on to her. In conclusion, this may not mean anything to anyone reading this but this has been our limited experience with Barbara Wilson, Unique Properties Ripley TN see attached

Pam Worley made the purchase of of our home so easy and smooth. I hadn't bought a home since I was 20 years old. A lot had changed in home buying since 1993. She made everything so easy for us. We made our purchase from out of state, which didn't make for any difficulty. We didn't go to look at the house in person. There were plenty of photos, but Pam Gave us a video tour making our decision easy and we fell in love with this house. She not only knows the Ripley area but she is well versed in Ripley's History. She was very polite and properly motivated and friendly and most importantly on our side. You know from the start you picked the right kind of person to sell you a home and move you through it easily and guiding you right to the front door of the home you fell in love with! 5 stars across the board. I would highly recommend Pam Worley to a home buyer. She really put us in the perfect home and a great neighborhood! I love it here in Ripley

Pam was a breath of fresh air after the luke warm experience we had with our previous realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and personable. She put the time and energy into covering quite a lot of distance to assist us in multiple viewings, and was always available and quick to respond to our many questions and comments after our offer on our dream home was accepted. We really felt like she knew what we wanted and had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. We closed today, and are a little bit sad because that means we won't be seeing her for a while. She will be the first person we call if we need a realtor for anything in the future. Highly recommend!
