The unit in our business went out, and after getting quotes from several providers in the area, Quality Service was considerably less expensive for the same unit quoted by others. From quote to purchase, we were able to have the new unit installed in less than five days (the technician was actually out the day after we accepted the quote). The new unit works much more efficiently than our old one and will pay for itself over the course of the next year. I called quality air when my heat went out. The service was fast and they came out on a weekend. Unfortunately less than an hour after they came the heat was out again. On Monday morning when I called to pay they sent the same tech out again. He told us that a piece of insulation had fallen when he put it back together causing it to go out the second time. I was shocked to find out they charged me almost $300 for the second visit to fix their own mistake. Even worse is the heat only lasted a couple of days the second time.
