Lady in office is extremely hostile, rude and will scream at you if you have any problems in your unit. She will not give you corporates number and will scream at you until you exit the building. She is by FAR under qualified to be the property manager. Please do not move here. You will be wasting your time and money. Everything is ALWAYS broken here.

I have been there several times and there is never anybody in the office. I was told they had gotten a new manager and was getting the place cleaned up so families could live in a clean safe neighborhood. It still looks like a dump. When I finally got into the office I was told they had no homes available but right after that someone I new rented one and moved in. That was a week after I had asked. If I new how, I'd apply for the job and could get that place in shape so people could have a decent place to live in Ripley and that office would be open everyday.

Suppose to meet them to see a house and see about moving in, door was locked and kept knocking on the door then called them about 50 times no answer, called them again the next day also no answer.
