Simply one of the best experiences I've ever had with any type of utility or appliance services. From the first phone call the amount of communication I received was second to none. My first contact was with their sales agent Joel Hopkins. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions and was very thorough with the explanations of how the system worked and the installation process. I was then contacted by Kassie Mitchell from their inside sales to set up an installation appointment and was then promptly contacted by Will McCay for some further explanations about the install process. We had one issue where out HVAC unit needed to be moved a few feet away from an electrical panel and they handled that with their AC guy at no extra charge. The day of install went very smoothly. Nathan arrived a few minutes early of the 8:30am appointment and the installation went off with no issues. The install looks extremely well done and looks like it has always been there. They were finished by 1:00pm and Will gave my wife and I an orientation of the system and answered a few more questions we had. I really liked the fact that each time I had an appointment I would be sent a text as a reminder and it also included a picture and name of who was on their way or who I would be talking too. I am really excited to be working with them in the future to help maintain the system and will highly recommend them to anyone. Brian
