Critter Control of Nashville

Critter Control CARES. We love animals & when a squirrel nested in our soffit, concerned about our house being badly damaged, we search for an animal removal provider. We were unsure about how long the squirrel had been in the house, but eventually learned that it had birthed pups--complicating the removal. Seeking estimates from 4 providers, Critter Control was the first to respond and was the only animal removal company that listened to our interest in having the work done in such a way as to not leave an ugly patch up where the squirrel had entered. Others, just responded with an email, or not at all. Of the two who did come look at the problem, the looser just quoted a removal cost with patches of damage being "black metal" -- no real detail -- and seemed more interested in selling other roof work on gables and roof vent protection (at ~3x the $$ of the removal). With the pups, removal was tedious but eventually were trapped and humanely removed to a park some distance from our house--meeting our #1 priority of not harming the squirrels. Critter Control left the area that was damaged and the facia/soffit gap that may have been the initial entry point looking as good as new: sealed and painted. If, hopefully not, it happens again we won't even bother calling anyone else to help. Neither should you!

Critter Control responded quickly. Ben came to the house, found my problem and explained my options. We agreed upon a plan and the work was completed. At this point all good, no more critters. I signed up for a year of the monthly follow up service for my piece of mind. I am pleased with everyone I've dealt with within the company. Good job all!
