The African American lady at the desk, I think her name was Shana, is very rude and unprofessional. I was asked rude sarcastic questions about what I was there for and then was accused of being a junkie just here for pain medication. I wasnt able to see a dr due to her telling me she would call me back and proceeds to take an hour long lunch. I didnt get to get taken back for my visit because I waited with a back injury for 2 hours and had to leave to go to work. If it happens again Ill be reporting her, not only is it none of her business but it is illegal. I dont take any medication, I dont want any medication. I wanted my back fixed because Im 20 years old and cant bend over or get off the toilet.

The doctors here are wonderful doctors. But.. the staff up front treats the patients absolutely terrible. I have been going to physicians and surgeons for years and years and the past few years the gray headed lady with the coarse voice at the front desk mistreats all of the patients that come in this facility. Shes prevented me intentionally from seeing my doctor or any doctor that is a provider In that building from time to time on and off for the past few years. Its honestly like this lady takes her job to the point of if I dont like you or you make me angry your not getting seen. I had an appointment which was a follow up from a month ago and this lady told me to call my insurance to change my pcp now granted I am on blue care insurance so if you have to go somewhere else automatically your pcp changes and you have to change it back each time. I was pregnant and sick with the flu and had to go to a one stop clinic and went back for my follow up to be seen and was terribly sick and this woman was terribly hateful as always. She continued to lie to her administration leader and tell him I cussed her and other staff and I did not. She said there was a lobby full of patients that heard and I proceeded to say please ask those patients to come up here and vouch for what was said and they actually acted like they were going to throw me out of the building. My twins were seen the day before changed their pcp while I was there with zero issues and they seen ms. Blocker and got their meds for strep. I myself was sick not only did she say I couldnt do the same thing that was done the day before for my twins but like I said she lied and tried to get me removed. I will never step foot in this establishment again and I pray no one has to go through such lies and embarrassment I didnt deserve or wanted. I beg anyone that gets mistreated by the only older lady upfront to speak out their concerns because we need more caring ppl in health care versus ppl that will hurt others just because they think they have the upright authority to do so. If the lady reads this and many others I seen her mistreat that day if they speak out maybe things would get better in the establishment and they will hire ppl that actually are there to help the sick. Thank you all I know its a long post but I couldnt call and report because the administrator which is a Indian man (sry didnt get a name) was extremely hateful as well and believed this lady and mistreated me as well and theres no telling how many others. Please speak out if youve been mistreated as well to get this person out of our local health care system.

Erica Blocker is amazing! Our entire family loves her. She has helped us so much, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. I would recommend her to anyone.
