        I had a mortgage loan I paid off early. The app doesn't understand principal only, and neither did the person collecting the check. Every principal payment had to be adjusted. I am still not sure if it was applied correctly. Had to reset my password way too often. If I knew all the money was properly applied, I would give them another star.

      Hi there! Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. You are correct, unfortunately the app does not recognize principal only. Our online banking does recognize this though so please feel free to login into your online banking via our website. It is mobile friendly so you can still complete this from your phone. Please know that your principle has been applied properly and we're continuing to work with our app vendor in hopefully getting the app as robust as the online banking desktop version. We appreciate your relationship and we're so sorry for the frustration.
