Backflow Specialty Co Inc

This company came out without being asked last week. I can only assume the last tenant used him. He did not introduce himself or where he was from. He came through the employee entrance and was VERY unprofessional. A few hours after he left we realized he caused a leak and the back of our brand newly remodeled barber shop was leaking through the ceiling into the electrical panel and down the walls. I called to ask for a supervisor and got intentionally hung up on. My husband then called back and got Mr. Nipper to come out (original guy who came/owner) after being told he was too busy. To our surprise today we received a bill marked urgent. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this company and may look into legal implications if not resolved.
