        Horrible customer service. Our date was rained out and they didnt follow through with their weather rule, after we provided plenty of proof of the weather. We have used them repeatedly but no more and we will tell everyone else not use them again because they dont provide quality customer service. Not to mention they are horrible at communication. In response to your response you did not communicate you barely responded back and they were not professional responses. I work in the customer service industry and you all do not have it. Your drivers do not communicate well, you do not value long term customers, and quite frankly your rentals are disgusting and need to be cleaned better before being sent somewhere. I will make sure no one I know ever uses you.

      In response to your response you did not communicate you barely responded back and they were not professional responses. I work in the customer service industry and you all do not have it. Your drivers do not communicate well, you do not value long term customers, and quite frankly your rentals are disgusting and need to be cleaned better before being sent somewhere.       I’m very sorry you weren’t happy. We followed our weather policy clearly outlined on our website and our contract so there is no confusion, and we also emailed back and forth with you. Our website and contract state that once our inflatables are delivered we do not offer refunds. Weather cancellations must be made before we make the delivery and set up our equipment. We even let you keep it overnight so you would have the inflatables for lots of extra time due to the weather, even though they were scheduled to be picked up that evening. I felt like we communicated with you clearly over email and since you were a repeat customer you were aware of our weather policy. You signed the contract stating these exact facts and policies as well. I’m sorry we did not meet your expectations.
