Fantastic hotel with a great breakfast. Make sure you say hi to Patty when you're there. She is friendly and so helpful. She made our stay better and we appreciated it! Rooms: Nice, newly renovated rooms! Food & drinks: Fantastic buffet breakfast!

Stay away from Room 115. The bed closest to the window is broken and sinks in about 3 inches. It cant be slept on, its like a big hole in the bed. Staff knowingly knew this information but did not care. When we complained about the bed she answered with, the one closest to the window? Like she already knew and she didnt seem to care when we told her. She didnt do anything about it. Also, a terrible location of a room especially with small children. We were right in the lobby and it was very noisy and difficult to sleep because we could hear everything. Dirty floors, the tile made our feet black. Like the tile had been swept but not mopped. Told the front desk staff and she responded that the tile is just like that and there is nothing they can do about it? Made no sense to me and Im not sure if she didnt understand or just didnt care like she didnt care about the bed situation. The woman who was there taking care of breakfast was the best part of our stay. So polite and kind! Edit After GM Reply: Then why would you sell me a room with a defective bed? We had to put 3 of us in one queen bed and only one person was able to sleep in the other bed due to the faulty mattress. If you willingly knew about the mattress, wouldnt you not book that room until it is fixed? It is false information saying a room sleeps 4, when it clearly doesnt due to the broken mattress. TERRIBLE.

Just an overnight stay. Rooms: Could be cleaner, floor under counter in bathroom was dusty, white fingerprints all over back of bathroom door (looked like forensic unit had been there!)

Overall fine experience. The room was definitely not very clean. And when I got there, they were almost full so they put me on the first floor which I didnt like but it was fine. The staff at breakfast were amazing. She was more than willing to make more food even though they were closing soon. In conclusion, it was fine, just pretty dirty inside of the room. Rooms: Kind of dirty.
