Knoxville Dental Center - Powell

Had a great appointment with the Dentist. He told me that someone at another location would be calling me to schedule me in the same afternoon if my initial apt. No call after the first promised date, no call the next day so I called back to the office to explain that I never received the call to schedule. I was assured someone would call me the next day. Its been two days now and still no call. Very disappointing. Wish I could only give half a star. The whole star is way too much credit!

This is the best Dental office I have ever been to. I hardly ever go to the dentist but I will definitely be going back to this office for regular checkups. The staff members were very friendly and made me feel comfortable.. Dr Richards was my Dr. He fixed a tooth I have been worried about for years and I didnt feel anything.

The staff were excellent! So patient and kind. Truly listened to my wants. Dr. Richards was extremely gentle and made sure I was comfortable with every step! Definitely going back!!

I have NEVER left a detal appointment happier! The staff were extremely nice and understanding. Dr. Richards was so gental and really made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Highly recommend. I will be back very soon!

My dentist was Dr. McNutt and he and his staff were friendly, professional, and quick in resolving my dental crisis. He explained what had happened and how he would repair the tooth and I was in and out of there much more quickly than Id expected. Im glad I received his care and info and would recommend this practice to anyone. The office was clean and it was easy driving in/out of there. No problems seen or heard. Thank you all for my care.
