Ive banked here for years, but never really use this location until recently. A family member passed away and left a small amount of money to members of my family and the executor on the account signed the check. I went to deposit the money and was questioned what the money was for and it was recommended that I go somewhere else to cash it and then come back. I went to the bank that the check was issued from and had NO issues or questions. I brought the cash back to my bank and got a different teller this time and she said ooo did ya sell something. Since when does a bank think its appropriate conversation to ask what your money is for!? I mean, they acted like this was a huge amount of money or something. I had to explain two times to this location that the money was left to me. I think it could have been handled much differently and am considering moving my account elsewhere.

Jennifer Wagner is rude, unprofessional and antagonistic. They ran a check after my account was closed! Reopening my account to charge off and then refused to open an account for me. Even after I paid off their mistake. This puts a stain on my credit at no fault of my own. They used to tag on charges at their whim. Used them since 2010 and have never been happy

I love all Tennessee State bank branches. Great bank, and awesome employees.
