        Great apartment complex. Very quiet and well kept. Keith the maintenance guy is very friendly and does a great job. The office staff is very nice and helpful.

        Just had a little problem with flushing commode. I let front office know and within 1.5 hours it was fixed. Installed new handle and all flushing components. This is only one example of why I will be signing a new lease in June for another 20 Months. Already, I have been here 4 years and don't expect to leave. Staff and occupants are great.

        The repairman said that the dishwasher seem to drain fine. He ran it through two drain cycles. I told him what we had experienced and that we would just have to keep an eye on it. He also told my girlfriend that the dishwashers are cheap.

Like the bricks that were once made with the mud from Beaver Creek fortifying Powell's growth, so is its locality. Just a 12 minute drive from downtown Knoxville. Vintage at Emory Road is part of some 84 acres near North Knoxville Medical Center, Tennova Healthcare's newest state-of-the-art, full-service hospital. While Powell, Tennessee is one of the fastest growing towns in Knox County, it nonetheless continues to boast it's small town charm of tree lined streets, open spaces, clean air, local eateries and other service establishments that attend to its friendly folk.
