image Where I live is apparently listed as a vacation home, even though we've lived here for 3 years now. They refuse to bring my Amazon packages to our porch. Our driveway is less than a half mile long. They tried using that excuse first. Maybe if they hired actual mail carriers and not jimmy and Bob. Gets old having to rush from work to get there before they close to get my packages. Might as well just get a po box in this case.

image UPDATED REVIEW:
I had some issues earlier this year with my outgoing packages with tracking not being scanned in to the system upon receipt (which when selling and shipping on Ebay is quite critical).
However, I went up to 5 stars now because despite the past issues, during this holiday season they really came through for me. I called the post office directly and spoke with Brian about a seemingly lost package from Amazon. Despite being overwhelmed with all the online shopping packages arriving in from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, he personally checked on my packages. Within 30 minutes he had gone to the parcel lockers, located my packages, and updated me that they were there and that the key was now in my box for retrieval.
I was not expecting this level of service, but it was definitely appreciated. For me, this brings the post office back up to a 5-star level. It has restored my confidence for when I go to ship out Ebay packages again.
