        Went thru drive-thru this morning. Noticed bag of food handed to car in front of me and it immediately went back inside the window. I pull up and I questioned employee if they gave my food to the car in front of me? No! I said if you did I don't want it. He told me they are remaking it. (Why if you didn't give it to someone else?) Employees need to learn serve safe practices. You can not give food to another customer and then take it back and then offer it to the correct customer. We have no clue if that person is sick with flu, covid or anything else that could be contracted from touching surfaces. I did see the guy take the bag back to the counter and say something to another worker. (Still don't know if it was really remade or just rebagged) Food was cold! Also, when he handed me my food, I had to remind him he still had my card (for payment). Very unpleasant service.
