Shop etiquette does not apply here. Most two-faced organization I have ever worked with in my life. As a disabled veteran with PTSD, I was constantly harassed by several employees here. After working here for two years I was let go because I no longer fit in to the company's social click.

As a former employee I can say that this shop is great. The owner makes many decisions on how they will effect his employees. This includes the schedule (4 10 hour shifts/week), advancement (merit based not the "good ol boy system"), and job selection (noise, dust, hazardous materials, etc...). While I didn't get to work here long, my time here was enjoyable and rewarding.
