Love it at Cherry Grove!
Very quiet and cute. Wonderful management and maintenance. I have not lived here long but I love it so far!

Contacted them 3 different times from the "Contact Us" link on their website. It took them over a month to respond(40 days to be exact), and only after I called them out for being lazy and unprofessional in my last message to them.
Their website somehow does not have any interior pictures of the units, which you would think would be a minimum standard for any apartments/townhomes to display. Don't waste your time looking here, you likely won't even get a response anyways.

Ive lived at Cherry Grove for multiple years now and it is one of my favorite places I have called home. Up to date units, the team at UDC keeps it WELL maintained and Cherry Grove is in a perfect location between Johnson City and Bristol. I am very happy to be here. The neighbors are always very nice too!

We sold our house in 2020 and moved to Cherry Grove not knowing how we would like the condo life. We are still here to this day. Great community, great neighbors, amazing staff. Large bedrooms with huge walk in closet and bathrooms, large garage and the list goes on.
