Noted many issues on my movie in that they never got around to fixing. The paint was so cheap that it'd start to come off with a wet rag. When I moved out they decided to keep my full security deposit to fix every issue I had mentioned in move in, or called about. Kind of odd...But luckily TN is a very renter friendly state, just a quick google on TN rental code and that was resolved.
Would have suggested to friends, up till that bit of shady. But the over all appt did the job for my stay.
