This seems very expensive for no parts and we are still have low water pressure. Our main reason for calling was a significant drop in water pressure which cleaning the fixtures did not fix! He didnt even check the pressure tank or pipes. I was so disappointed as he responded quickly and was very nice.

Blaine is the best plumber we have ever worked with. So knowledgeable, responsive and honest. I had an issue that no one else could figure out. We had a horrible smell in our basement and guests were complaining. I had a few other companies come and they could not figure it out. Blaine knew immediately what to do and fixed the issue. We have also used him multiple times for other plumbing projects. I highly recommend.

If I could give this business a 15-star review I would. Blain Rolen of Rolen's Plumbing Services is the real deal. Not only is he a Master Plumber, but he is an outstanding human being. Blain is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain the 'why' of what needs to be done. He uses only high-quality products and has a vast network on which he calls when needed. His honesty and integrity, professionalism, communications, and kind demeanor are traits that aren't seen everyday. He consistently shows up exactly as promised, and quickly assesses the issue. Blain goes above what is required by educating customers. He explains the costs and benefits and potential risks involved clearly. He also explains what can be done to avoid issues in the future. Blain sends photos and videos explaining what he's doing and why. This is an enormous help because I manage my property remotely. Anytime I call Blain with a question or an issue, he answers the call, is always willing to help, and does exactly what he promised with highest quality.
