I never write reviews but with worse hotel experience EVER I feel I need to inform others so they do not end up here! So we checked in Friday around 9pm there were two ladys at desk both whom had flat personalities. Point to our room 118 right next to the pool and game room My Husband was little hesitant I could tell but be exhausted we went on in. Just as our head hit the pillow sounded like someone opened doors for a party. There had to be like 30 teenagers running around game room and pool room and up and down hall right where our room was! I tried to be patient having teenager myself, but when I herd older lady in there with yelping voice loud enough to Jolt someone awake ,pool table game going on with every ball strike could here not to even mention the hockey puck from air hockey table. And doors from the game room and pool room kept opening and closing making it should like our room door opened each time, on and a squeezing younger kid My husband jumped up and went to front to ask for another room or somehow make it right. Of course when he got back in very shot period of time I realized they were not going to do anything . So I got up went to front explain we had to be up early and if could not offer room they need to close others off explained They closed things all time, if problems with it or out of order .all I got was ITS POLICY! That open til 2am. the guy at the front (mind me its like 12:30am may of been 1am by this point) keep telling me they be quite and gone soon. I asked for manager # he states that he could not call. I ask well how do you handle emergency or issues he states all in morning when they showed back up.I explained by that time would be too late. I paid for room to sleep not sit and listen to this he stated the manager would not be happy to get call and mad. Really Well end story nothing was done. Worse manage place ever ! It did not quite down until 210am which left us with maybe 4 hours prob less.Not only did we get no sleep , I question if the bedding had been changed (see pictures), and putting icing on cake found roach in bathroom ! and yet more .. things to know ..two elevators only one used/operating , with suppose full hotel, found that out because ice was 2nd floor. initially while looking for ice. I walked in the breakfast room and walk by each counter and very fast I realized it was not like most continental breakfast. Eggs you heated in microwave on your own the biscuits looked old and stale, milk disposer looked like it needed to be cleaned, and they advertised yogurt but the only yogurt was one cup of plain yogurt with spoon in it to add scoop to granola! ! OF COURSE I would not of taken a bite of single thing after seeing roach! I feel they should have refunded me. I will make sure to let everyone can know about this awful place so they do not have to be out money and more so have to go through that! Rooms: Not clean, roach, Noteworthy details: Please see above

My family and I had a wonderful experience here very friendly staff great balcony views location was wonderful the game room being open 24/7 was great and my kids really really loved the indoor pool couldn't ask for a better vacation thanks Rooms: Everything that we needed
