        The worst place ever! Don't send your loved ones there for care because the help acts like the patients are inconveniences.My mom called for a nurse/staff member and the help acted hateful because my mom interrupted the nurse watching Cocaine Bear in the movie room.They also hit my moms head real hard while scooting her up the bed to try and position her better and they acted like it was no big deal.My mom went there to rehab her knee and ended up getting covid from staff that was working with covid and my mom ended up dying.

        My daddy was there for rehab. He was trying to do therapy and told them he was in pain. They told him he needed to do the therapy or he would be discharged and my mom ask if they could send him to the er. Casey told my mom that it would need to be urgent and that he would never be self sufficient. I went took him out brought him to St Thomas in Nashville. The reason he was in pain was he was impacted with over 2500 cc of urine and it was blocking his bowels. So do not trust these people with your family or anyone.

        I spent 100 days in there rehab. Loved everyone and every moment. Sweetest caring folks anywhere. Food was awful.
