Megan walked me through each and every step of the loan process. I was very unfamiliar with emails and electronic signatures, she took the time to show me how to do this. I had very little knowledge of mortgage loans and the process. She made sure I understood and was comfortable with each new step. She spent many hours on the phone working to improve my credit score , a few points does make a big difference. She always answered my many phone calls in a kind and professional manner.
