Steak 'n Shake

I have never wrote a review and Ive never been to a steak and shake before. I was always skeptical to try it since I was unfamiliar. That all went away when I entered this steak and shake and was greeted by one of the most hospitable individuals I have ever met. Nicole took great care of my family and saw after all of our needs. My aunt is elderly and she assisted her, as well as super friendly to my little girl. Food was fantastic and I couldnt have asked for better service. Its not always the food that brings people back, but the service, and people like Nicole are the reason people are happy to go eat out. I had the best experience thanks to her, so good I wrote my first review.

If you go during the day theres a good chance Chantel is there helping customers out in the dining room. When she is there its always a great experience. Evenings not so much. But its the new way of doing things.

hands down, the best burger available from "fast food establishments". never disappointes. will drive out of the way to visit a Steak n Shake
