        Ive been with Shelter insurance for over 20 years, I have never had an issue with a claim. I have had two wonderful agents, Dixie, Hines, and Phillip Massey! Phillip Massey has gone above and beyond in customer service for me. He is prompt to answer calls and text and he always invites you to come to the office for a face-to-face meet. If he doesnt have an answer, hes very prompt in finding one. You will not find a better agent!
