Integrity does not explain its products very well at all. I am unable to recommend integrity products.

This warranty place sucks!!! Do not purchase an extended warranty. They do everything they can to not honor their agreement.

I was recently ripped off by my car dealer. Even after I contacted them and emailed them confirming that I wanted to cancel my warranty, they never actually cancelled it. It's been two years and Integrity has been extremely responsive and is offering me a full refund. They're even calling the dealership to notify them that they are honoring the contract. Their staff are professional and pleasant to deal with

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. A LOT OF "FINE PRINT". BUYER BEWARE. I have the "Top Tier" plan that's supposed to cover bumper to bumper. Had Oil Pan approved for replacement but Oil Drain lines aren't covered? They only pay $105/hr for Labor and won't pay any taxes. They don't cover battery lines. I had to get a rental car during the span of 5 days. They only cover $35/day up to 8 hrs/day BUT only for what the total labor hours are. Mine was 14 hours total but after having to wait for Integrity to come inspect the vehicle and Dealership Service department they paid me $35 total because the 14 hours were not 2 full days. FIND A BETTER WARRANTY.

Purchased an extended warranty for just shy of $4000. Found out when we needed to use the warranty there was a lifetime cap of $3500 and then warranty was no longer valid. Warranty company touts the usefulness of warranty for things like motors and transmissions. The $3500 cap does not even close to cover any of the things the warranty states. Pretty useless overall. Would suggest just keeping your money and using it if needed for repairs and saving over $500 plus finance charges the bank adds to the cost of the warranty. In regards to the response. We purchased the option the dealership gave us. We were informed we were covered for things such as a motor or transmission along with things like rental car reimbursement while the vehicle was being fixed. The rental reimbursement is a joke. They require the shop to jump thru hoops for almost 7 days and then tell us we are only covered for $30 per 8 hours of repair time and none of the time they required the shop to jump thru hoops and the days waiting for them to do their job count toward the rental reimbursement that we never recieved. Even the shop stated this was the worst warranty company they had dealt with. What is the use of a warranty that had a cap pretty much equal to what you pay? Absolutely nothing. Before signing on the dotted line do more research then we did. I admit we made a huge error and believing the small pamphlet that said we were covered for things such as a motor or transmission. It is just wrong to prey on people like this company does.
