        My brother was a patient there he received poor nursing services the nursing had nasty attitude and talk bad to the patients. The CNA service for checking on patience was no well when patient ring for service. The CNA would take almost a hour when the patient rings for services. Nursing is not getting patience pain medication when they ask for their medication. This facility has been reported to the State of TN Ombusman to come out and check on the services and how patient are being neglected. Who ever reads this review if you love your family member PLEASE do not put them in this facility. It needs to be closed until new sraff that have a heart for people and patience care to be hired.

        The team at Oak Ridge cares about their patients, residents, and team members. The therapy department is excellent and is so helpful in getting folks back home. Sarah and Mari working together are a great team!
