        Everyone was so kind. They made my first visit very pleasant. From checking in through getting the mammogram, everyone was professional and sweet. This is how a doctor's office should take care of patients

        I had an appointment at 10:00 am this morning. I was called back at 10:00 am and was out at 10:20am. Excellent customer service. This is why I drive to Oak Ridge instead of Knoxville.

        My wife had a specific time she needed for her appointment, and even after explaining in detail why, the appointment was still put in at the wrong time. Apparently whoever did this heard 2 times: one for an earlier commitment, then the time she needed for her breast center appointment. Both times were written down and they admitted to guessing what time she wanted instead of calling to confirm, or just listening. Double and triple check your appointments to make sure they are correct.
