Stovers Liquidation

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Our company purchased wood flooring from Stovers, but we encountered significant issues with the product. The wood flooring we received was damaged, and the adhesive quality was subpar. Despite reaching out to Gail, a representative from the company, we faced challenges in obtaining a refund. Initially, they assured us of a refund and mentioned the policy could be amended, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. As a result, our company incurred a loss of $1,697 they wont give back, and the lack of resolution has been frustrating. We value transparency and fair business practices, and it's disheartening when those expectations aren't met.

Jason at the OAK Ridge location is such a JEWEL to your company. He was VERY ATTENTIVE to all of my questions and wishes. You didn't have what I wanted in stock. Jason understood my wishes, located what I wanted and I placed a special order. When the special order arrived I made a second purchase. I left store with the expectation of placing another order very soon after gathering additional measurements. Jason is a GEM he was patient, knowledgeable, professional and KIND. I hope you are aware of what you have in him.
