This post is for Wendy's...not the truck stop. Last 2 times they were out of items on the menu I wanted...3 strikes your OUT!! Wendy's has been my favorite fast food place for years. Very aggravating when then don't have full menu choices. Guess I will try spending my money some place else.

Make sure the idiots get the correct cigarettes for you. If you walk out the door, they magically become unexchangable and you will just have to accept that you didn't get what you paid for because they screwed up,. I got the wrong product for my money. I call that theft. They're thieves here. They're completely unreasonable. I won't be spending my money here again.

Update: This Pilot has replaced people with Self Checkout computers. Sorry, I'm not a fan. If it weren't for the manager being right there, it would've take longer to get out of there. Stopped in to get coffee. The coffee brewer coffee machines were out of coffee. The only operable ones were the the ones that have the beans in them, or so appears. Personally, I and apparently others prefer the brewed coffee as the machine that has the beans in it makes the coffee foamy and is more like instant. Then I went and bought a danish which, upon biting into it discovered it was moldy. I returned and was asked by the manager if I wanted another. No. I went to Wendy's and got a sandwich. Then, upon getting my refund for the Danish, the lady at the register needed the manager so she called for her as there were several people in line by now. The female manager, I'm stating this because there was a male I saw earlier, upon coming to the assistance of the cashier, audibly stated That she was not to be called and that they had already had this conversation. My advice to this arrogant female is if you are going to be in a manager position and you cannot come to the aid of an employee who needs it, then you need to resign. After empty coffee machines and a moldy danish, maybe it's the manager who needs a humbling admonishment. Usually this place is pretty good but today it is seriously lacking in the management dept.

I know self checkout is still kinda new, but by now I would think most of us have used 1 or 2 over the years. Not that hard scan item pay bill. The workers tell everyone every time what to do to ring them stuff up. All the way down to pointing to the bank card reader and telling me thats where I put my card. Come on, Im not that stupid. It makes me feel like a baby.
