From start to finish, they were friendly and incredibly helpful, especially in designing a solution for crawlspace encapsulation that suited my needs. What I appreciated most was their punctuality and the ease of working with themthey showed up on time and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Additionally, they were very respectful and not pushy about selling extra products, which was a refreshing change from the usual sales tactics. This company is fantastic to work with. I've been dealing with water seeping into my basement since I bought my house last year so I gave them a call. Daniel walked me through the entire process start to finish, giving me great information and honest advice along the way. His expertise really gave me a lot of peace of mind. Before I hired Crawlspace Medic, my basement was barely usable and even ruined a few sentimental items, but now I have all this extra storage space that's totally dry (even after all this rain)!
