Dean and his team are the BEST! Very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced. We had 3 large trees that were dying removed and we could not be happier. The crew of 5 were excellent and very helpful to save other trees and plants in the removal area. They cleaned up everything where you could not even notice they were here.
We were very concerned about how they would get the trees down without damaging our fence, patio and other trees. The team came well prepared with a grapplesaw truck, a mulcher truck and the stump grinder. In 4 hours they were completely done and the results are fantastic.
Dean is great to work with and Liz is a great communicator with prompt follow up. We have planted 19 trees in 7 years and now I am going to ask Dean to come out regularly for proactive plant health care.
We 100% recommend using Arbor Art.

I've had arborist and landscape companies in the past take money and never show up to finish the job, so I've been a leery in hiring companies.
However, Arbor Art Tree Care has done amazing work, been up front with pricing, given me direction to protect my home, and done phenomenal work.
From my former home that had older trees all around that needed the canopy lifted, to help protect limbs from falling on my home, to replacing a dying tree that met my new neighborhoods "guidelines". Dean came out quoted prices and gave me options. We agreed on what I was comfortable doing, and I while I was at work one day they knocked out all the work and cleaned up before I got home.
I've recommend them to multiple friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Please learn from my mistake. I know huge tornadoes and storms just passed through the south and many of you may need tree removal help.
It was the same boat during the covid lockdown, after huge winds whipped Mt. Juliet uprooting huge trees barely missing my home. It was scary and I wanted the large trees trimmed around my home.
Arbor Art's artistic name attracted me. The owner, Dean, came out to my property. He comes off like a tree hugging old hippie and gives off a great impression. You will never see him past this sales job.
Bottom line.. look at the photo attached. . I paid $2,500 to have this single tree trimmed and a dead branch fell and hit my house a few months later. They trimmed three around my home.
Please beware of these points below.
-.They have you sign electronically a contract, which appears like a work detail agreement. But it is a legally binding agreement with predatory late fees..which they do impose relentlessly.
-- the second team that comes to your home will talk you into additional work like injecting your trees for pests...advising your trees will "shatter like crackers" in a few years. I bought that; The work on my trees doubled in cost.
-- they email multiple invoices that are so similar in amounts it is confusing.. they don't send just one total invoice ..they are emailed..no hard copies to look at.
- They will sue you for late fees
- My husband's bookkeeper failed to make payments as we instructed her.. as she was working remotely and wasn't her 100. during covid. Who was. However, when I realized that, I paid the bill in full ..but it was late
I asked if they' consider to please reduce the late fee in half due to all the confusion and Dean said absolutely not.
- Arbor Art hired an attorney to sue me for late fees which they kept increasing even through the balance was paid in full So, I paid the almost $2,000.00 more to him. After I paid tat..... he continued to sue me for $200 for more additional interest and the lawyer fee. I felt so harassed I thought Arbor Art would never go away.
There are a lot of nice family businesses that do great tree removal help... these re not nice people and they do a bad job and they didn't appreciate that during covid they worked fully and were paid 12,000 for 10 hours of work. at my home.

Called the business to discuss getting an inspection of my trees and someone repeatedly picked up the phone and hung up on me. You could clearly hear a person as the phone was answered and hung up. Ill pass on this, if thats the best customer service they can offer Im not interested in working together.
