Bowden tree Service

Ryan and his team did a graft job trimming and taking two trees down and cleaning up. He asked for all the money up front and I gave him a tip, too and he Said he would be back to grind the two stumps. NOPE! He has responded very little and told me to contact utilities to mark the yard. I’ve done this twice and he has been a no-show. Very poor communicator. Do not trust him stay away heed my warning please and don’t fall into the same trap I did.

Did nothing they said they would do. All was supposed to be done in 2 days. Still have 3 trees not trimmed and brush has been in my yard from the ones they did remove for 7 days. They show up at noon and leave 3 or 4 hours later. Will have to call someone else to finish and n to their mess.

It’s hard to give a company your business when they don’t bother to show up and even give you an estimate. No phone to explain.

Ryan Bowden has taken up his family's business and in his late 20's, he is proving to be a great entrepreneur. His crew trimmed four huge Maple trees in my front and back yard, and Ryan picked up three new trees for me (I paid for them but they were too tall for me to transport myself) and planted them for me. It only took them three days to get everything done, and it wouldve been done sooner had the weather cooperated. I think they did a very good job! And for a very reasonable, competitive price!!! They explained their recommendations, oytlined exactly what they were going to do, and were responsive to me at all times. They were also very friendly and respectful. The only reason I'm giving them four vs five stars is bc the team struggled with timeliness, coming later than specified two of the three days. But as long as I kept the lines of communication open, Ryan was very responsive and kept me updated. I think Ryan is very enthusiastic and motivated, and as a younger entrepreneur is still learning how to manage all the jobs they take within the 24 hours that make up a day. Because of their excellent work and prices, they probably get and take more jobs than they should.....just my opinion, of course. But kudos to him and the rest of the company for the hard and dangerous work they do!!! I do recommend these guys and encourage anyone working with them to have open lines of communication! Thank you Ryan Bowden and Company!!!!! We will call on you again.
