The prepare with a African accent told me to leave my paperwork cause it's gonna be a minute. I told her I will wait.
I gave my work to receptionist next thing I hear the prepare with a African accent said. I told her to leave her paperwork we retire and all negative thing she says out loud , like she was trying to embarrass me in front of all the other customers in the store. Because I want to wait. She was so disrespectful. I will never go to this location ever again.

i always did my taxes done here for years i got my taxes done yesturday he was helpful but didnt tell me they had promblems witb their computers after they file my taxes no word until the app told me sumthing was wrong it wasnt the people that told me they had a problem till i found out by the hr@block to see if it was sent nd aproved irs sent me the message usally they are good but miss comunication after certain things like a bug in their system there were sevral peoples got messed up too
