Josh and the team were A-1. We had a logo removed from a metal surface. They had it ready the next day and the metal finish looked great! You couldn't tell anything had been done, or that any logo had ever been there. Great attitude from the staff as well. Timothy White- Oral Surgical Institute.

Drop my trailer off today to have my back liftgate repaired. Was referred by William Spratt. Was greeted by Josh Prince, I can tell these guys do very good work.

I had an excellent experience working with Hamilton Machine recently. I just have a home workshop and was needing help drilling out a seized pin -- a very small job that, in my experience, other machine shops might turn down. The guys at Hamilton enthusiastically agreed, regardless of the job size, and treated me just like I imagine they treat their biggest customers. When I called for a status update, they didn't seem to mind checking on where I was in the shop queue. Ultimately, my job only took an hour and I'm happy to pay their hourly price for the quality of service and fair treatment that I received. One of their shop managers also gave me a recommendation for a bearing shop that they work with for another thing I needed. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Josh Prince knocked it out of the park. I am a Contactor who works in the Residential Remodeling side of construction and ran into a snafu requiring me to install 1/4 flat stock over lumber for structural support. Due to finish desires the wood screws that would be attaching the said steel needed to be flush with the steel surface. I tried several suppliers on the same street with NO success of obtaining a bit that would provide the needed recess in the steel. Recognizing that Hamilton Machine specializes in metal work, I decided to stop by and ask if they had a direction for me to go. Josh Prince quickly jumped into help and helped me in obtaining the correct bit needed to accomplish my goal. Great Job! Great Customer service!
