Repeat customer here. It's clear this entire team places a lot of time and effort in maintaining their high level-of-service. Honestly, it's rare these days when you find a service provider that truly refuses to settle for mediocre results/processes. Keep up the great work guys! We LOVED working with Taylor and his team from day one. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He explained what was wrong and helped us understand what he would do to fix the problem. My husband and I knew we wanted to hire him from our first interaction. Our roof situation spiraled pretty fast and he was so quick to come out and tarp it before the final fix (even before he was officially hired to do the whole fix). He gave us great deals and worked with us through an evolving process with sellers/insurance. 10/10 would recommend Paragon Roofing for anything and everything!!!!!

The team at Paragon has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with any contract work for home repairs. Taylor came out in a time of crisis with our roof having major damage and made us feel like a top priority. This made us have confidence in the work being done. The repairs were done so quickly with great communication. Even after the work was done they cared enough to check on if everything was good after a few days of the project repairs being completed. 100% recommend Paragon!
