Autumn was referred to us as a buyers agent when we decided to move to Nashville, by the listing agent selling our house. We were very anxious at first to be working with someone we did not know. It took almost no time for us to realize how incredibly lucky we were to find Autumn by chance. She was incredibly kind to us as we looked at house after house in the 2021 Nashville Housing market if youre not familiar - it sucked. We really had very little luck getting anywhere in our price range. Autumn helped us navigate the best scenario for us, gave us a little tough love when we needed it and ultimately helped us buy our dream home. She was attentive throughout the entire process, always had our back, and made us feel so comfortable and confident with what we were doing. She continued to remain in contact with us after moving in and helped us work through any remaining issues with the house. We bought new construction so things came up after closing but even though the transaction had ended, autumn helped to coordinate additional repairs working directly with the builders agent. Autumn went from stranger, to trusted agent, to friend in no time. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone moving to the Nashville/Clarksville area.
