        Be wary if you're pro se. He tried to sabotage my efforts by purposely serving papers wrong. Ugh. Was in my home, I trusted him, Jimmy Grady is just a slimeball. But he loves lawyers, so there is that....

        Our firm prepaid online but didn't receive a follow-up email or call on how to submit our documents for process serving. I was unsuccessful in reaching a customer service representative on how to submit the documents. The number on the Yelp website directs you to a random business trying to sell you something medical-related. The owner responded to our refund request on 2/28, but we didn't hear back so we had to dispute the charge on PayPal on 3/7. 2 stars to give the benefit of the doubt - maybe the process was listed somewhere on the website but the whole process was very frustrating. There's no email listed on the website - you have to check your PayPal receipt.
