Unfortunately, I moved into The Indigo ((formerly Prospect Towers)March 2023. We havent had working air conditioning for over five weeks. The leasing office gives one excuse after another. The hallway is beginning to smell due to all the moisture. Ive got DampRid bags to take the moisture out of the apartment. Im frightened of mold developing. Covenant Capital are slumlords. This building is in Florida & its extremely hot out & in this apartment. Ive bought an AC & a fan to make living here bearable until my lease is up.. RENTER BEWARE!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was robbed a week after I moved in at my apartment in Huntsville OWNED BY THIS COMPANY and the office did nothing. Someone attempted to rob me in May and took my screen door off. The work order to put my door back on sat open for two months before being completed. My apartment is filled with mold and water and the office refused to reply to my emails. The maintenance team let themselves in completely unannounced without knocking and scared me. They also came in to look at my apartment flooding and left and never locked my door back. The "contractors" came and did a terrible job, staying in my apartment past 8:30 pm and 6:30 pm. I have videos of them messing with my things. I had to stay in a hotel because I did not have water for an entire week. They did not offer to pay for my hotel stay or put me in another apartment while there was water actively leaking into my home. DO NOT REACH OUT, YOU WILL BE IGNORED

These people define "Corporate Evil". Their office purchased my apartment complex around March this year (2022) and have evicted many long term residents, many of which are disabled, in order to double the rent price. Even though the cost is increasing so dramatically, many amenities have been taken away such as the trash service which was replaced by a broken and overflowing compactor. The office is practically never open and neither of the two phone numbers have picked up in over a month. They are overworking the management who is on site and making them the target for many distraught people who need maintenance. This company should be ashamed and do not respond to this with a phone number for a help line because we are beyond that now.
