Makia in print services is awesome! I always have an amazing customer service experience. She is knowledgeable of processes and provides a quick turnaround time for my print jobs. This location is sometimes short staffed. However, shes always pleasant and efficient. You need more employees like her. Give her a raise!!

The tension of the lady of the printing press is rude, we went to print something and she answered me in a bad way and her Latin partner started screaming at me. What a pity that a Latina treats another of her own race like that. Bad place to go. And yes, you can print only that they dont know how to do it and they say no. With that attitude they only lose clients.

Disappointed, because they do not carry individual padded envelopes that are of a common size, especially if they are 9x12, which for artists is useful. Speaking of postage and trying to be cost effective in a manner of affordable shipping and handling, avoiding the inconvenience of the post office on Harding Place, I am surprised to hear that Staples, apparently no longer sales, Forever Stamps. At least, that's what the rude and arrogant looking Hipster guy with the unprofessional appearance of piercings and tattoos all over his body at the checkout register said.. FYI, he might need to be fired for mouthing off at his boss, when told to do something. Interesting, considering its a business known to handle business needs that are of upmost importance to their customers that this is how we get treated in person and surrounding of others that are a witness to it. I am planning on heading elsewhere, until leadership and policies change. It's unfortunate, considering your prices on prints, postcards, and business mailers are at great prices overall.
