Horrible pharmacy staff. Extremely rude. Making rude remarks. Sorry you have to do your miserable jobs.

Went to the pharmacy drive through and had a horrible experience as usual. Spent 27 minutes just sitting there waiting to reach the window when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Ive never left a review until today but have sat even longer in previous trips when there were no cars ahead. Once I finally got to the window I waited about 15 additional minutes between talking to the first worker, and then getting the pharmacist to the window. It is ALWAYS like this at this particular location. The wait times are horrible! I thought the purpose of drive through was not only the convenience of not getting out of the car, but to reduce time spent at a store. They really need to do better. Maybe have a person run the window at all times while the other staff handle the line inside the store because this is absolutely ridiculous, no one should spend this much of their day waiting to make their way through a quick serve process

Great pharmacy and walk in clinic. Prices are just a little higher but they are always there when you need them!!

I have been going to this pharmacy since I moved to Nashville in 2017. I've never had anything but a wonderful experience in the pharmacy department here, but never considered writing a review until today. I had started a new medication a few days ago and the pharmacist just called me personally to see how I was feeling and making sure I did not have any strange side effects. I'm not close to any member of staff there or anything more than a regular customer, but I was very shocked and surprised to receive that call. Great customer service. Thanks Walgreens!

Don't waste your time here. Go to another pharmacy. They went against my doctor's WRITTEN ORDER on when to fill the meds... And told me no .. doctors are above any and everything. Them not following a doctor's order, is a code violation..
