I have been an amputee since 2010. And out of the several prosthetic doctors I've been to Matt at bulow is by far the best one. He is knowledgeable and really listens to my concerns when it comes to how my prostetic fits.

$500 for orthotics! They wont take insurance! Why do I have insurance?

From my very first visit to Bulow, when I was making a decision regarding a company which could serve my needs for a prosthetic arm after my shoulder disarticulation, I have been most impressed with the professionalism and compassion of each person Ive met and had dealings with. My prosthetist, Kelly, has been thorough and meticulous in giving verbal explanation of the details and process from the first meeting to the casting/fitting appointments, to attending my OT sessions after receiving my arm, always encouraging and challenging greater achievement. I couldnt imagine a more positive experience!

Shout out to my friends at Bulow. Just wanted to take a minute and say that you guys make a difference. I've heard that the whole can be greater than the sum of it's parts. I think Bulow exemplifies this.
Thanks Tierra for being efficient and personable. From my perspective first contact is important and you always set a friendly, confidant and reassuring atmosphere. All seemingly without effort. I'm a big fan of competence and efficiency. We're lucky to have you.
Thanks Kohl for returning to Bulow. We (us patients) missed you. Some times a smiling happy face can help right a person's tilting universe. Thanks for feeding me, It's those extra little something's' that sets Bulow apart. You certainly do your part.
Thanks Michelle for reaching out. I think you exemplify compassion and empathy. For those of us who have experienced amputation there is a connection. I couldn't be more pleased with the new design for the liners that you implemented, They work flawlessly.
Also thanks for being the leader of your company. With leadership comes responsibility, not for everyone. From the design of your facility to the final tweak of my prosthesis I don't know how the experience could have been any more seamless or timely and with friendly engaging personnel through the whole process. If it werent for Bulow Orthotic & Prosthetics I would not be walking today. Matt Bulow has kept me walking with an excellent fit and with upmost newest technology available. Prior to meeting Matt and him becoming my prosthetist I was constantly being told Its just you, you have a complicated fit, especially with all your other physical injuries.
Matt Bulow and his excellent team of professionals have made my life so much better. They go above and beyond to make sure the best quality, function and fit is given to ALL their patients! They stay informed on all new technologies and they offer this information to me. I do have many other orthopedic injuries, including permanent severe spinal injuries, that can leave me a paraplegic. Since 2006, Matt Bulow has always worked to help keep me able to walk and functioning in a manner that has helped make my life so much more worthwhile!!
