My wife went to Nashville over the summer last year and stopped into this location to have them check h under the vehicle. They did not secure the skid plate fully and it came off and dragged on the highway. She went back to that service center and they had to remove the skid plate because it was now damaged. Since then we have tried to resolve the claim for a new one and after 4.5 months we still dont have a resolution. This is unacceptable to go this long without a resolution to the problem.

Got a tire rotation here. They stripped a wheel stud on TWO different wheels Havent even checked the other two Been going to this location for many years. Not anymore. They also dont update the wait time on the app. So it says 0-10 minute wait and it could have a line to the street and take hours. Update They do not care about their customers and have no loyalty. Been messaging support about this for almost a month and cant get any response

The staff was friendly, however , my oil is a 1/2 quart low because its spilled all over my engine and turbo pipe. My truck only has 12k miles on it so obviously its upsetting when you see oil pooled all over the engine bay.
