The space itself is GORGEOUS and well maintained, but Olivia is such a difference maker! Her attention to detail and her above and beyond attitude really make such a difference and she makes the productive workspace so incredibly welcoming. I love bringing clients to the space with me and every single time, they fall in love with it!

Pretty shady business practices. Had a 1 year lease on a virtual office. Provided more than 60 days notice (as required) prior to the end of the lease that we didn't want to renew. They told us they had "auto renewed us" more than 3 months before our lease ended. We had to cancel our credit card to keep them from charging us. Be very careful signing anything with them.

My office at Spaces is such a chill vibe. It's has modern decor and is always super clean. Olivia and Cheryl at the front desk here are beyond amazing. Highly recommend.

This place is great. I start the day with some me time with a book and an amazing view of the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium, and the two iconic bridges in Nashville. The common area is spacious with lots of plants, a coffee machine, and a conference table that can be converted to a ping pong table. The patio on the 12th floor is great on a pretty day if you want to play some cornhole and even better at night if you want to enjoy the music coming from Ascend with colleagues and your favorite beverage. Alternatively, you can also easily walk to Schermerhorn, Ryman, Bridgestone, and Broadway to take in a performance. However, what really makes this place special is Olivia and Cheryl. They are very professional and always have a bright smile and like to laugh. They will certainly be appreciated by employees and any visitors you may have. If you are wanting to grow your business in Middle Tennessee, this is the place to be.

I changed jobs this year and when my new boss told me that we would be working in Nashville on 2nd Ave., until we move to our permanent location, I admit that I was not exactly excited about working downtown. Don't get me wrong - I love downtown for social outings, but working downtown seemed like it would be a real drag. The GOOD NEWS - we weren't working just anywhere - we were going to be at SPACES - Nashville - Riverfront Park. I'm happy to admit that working here has completely changed my perspective. I can't believe I'd ever say this, coming from a job where I worked from home, but I LOVE coming to this office. The vibe is funky and cool, but also professional. Everything I need is available, including various conference rooms, long term and short term office space, comfy places to "chill," private phone booths, kitchen supplies, etc. It's all here. There are offices of different sizes, different prices, and they are great about working with your needs and budget. They have a variety of plans, based on your individual business situation and I feel like they are actually trying to help, as opposed to just filling their space. The staff here - Olivia and Cheryl - take care of us and make everything easy. They answer all my questions and are prompt with anything we need. They take their jobs seriously and are also friendly and gracious. This particular SPACES location also has stellar building amenities including an amazing tenant balcony and food area on the 12th floor, great parking, fantastic and friendly security staff, and is impeccably clean. I literally don't have anything negative to say about this location. If somebody came to me and said they were thinking about getting an office here, I would have zero hesitation in telling them to do it. I know that we won't be here permanently, due to the nature of our business, but I'm going to enjoy it while I'm here. THANK YOU SPACES RIVERFRONT for an awesome experience. Top Notch all around!
