I was begging for my W-2 from my recruiter Allie Jung and HR from January to April. Took absolutely way too long almost missed the deadline to file my taxes. No organization and not a responsive company when you're not looking to sign a contract. Find a different place to work

So my wife started using them back in April as she is an LPN and wanted to start traveling. The first 2 contracts went great the next one screwed us in a bad way. She was offered a position by her recruiter and she excepted. She was given a packet to fill out and have submitted by November 23rd all was completed and submitted on November 19th. We live in a 5th wheel so we moved the 4 hours from where the previous contract was and then paid the lot rent for 2 months $1700. She then purchased the new color scrubs that were required and did an additional 16 hours of class work required which would all be reimbursed on her first check. On the 21st she was notified that all of her paperwork had not been completed in time so the hospital was withdrawing their offer. My wife supplied a copy of the email where Total Med had told her the 23 and they admitted that they screwed up. We are now our $2000 and it's like they don't care. Since we had already paid the lot rent that we were not getting back she was forced to take a local position so that we have income. We alo had to cancel our cruise to the Bahamas that we had already paid for because her new employer was not good with her taking this time off being a new hire. The hospital where she was supposed to work was fine with the cruise and was a part of her contract. We do not get the money from the cruise back either. We are now going to hire an attorney because they are in breach of contract because she did all that was required in the time that they provided and she was available for work. These people do not stand by their employees avoid them.
