We've worked with Ken at Community Mortgage twice now. For our recent home purchase, I was determined to go mortgage shopping like you're supposed to do. I picked Community Mortgage and 3 other mortgage providers and got started although not as organized as I should have been. I never completed the other applications. Ken made the process so easy that I was ultimately annoyed that the others couldn't figure out how to streamline the process. All the other providers kept sending "one-more thing" emails. One of these was my regular bank. How is it CM can make the process easier than the bank who has handled all our money for 15 years?! I would highly recommend Community Mortgage. Ken was clear and patient throughout the process.

I started this process with really not much of an idea of what was needed - Kenneth guided me through every step of the process and was incredibly kind and helpful, and it never felt like he was trying to sell me something. Just a really nice, helpful guy. After calling many other lenders, let me tell you, this guy was by far the best to work with.
