We cannot recommend Kendra enough! The first-time home-buying process felt highly intimidating at the beginning. Kendra took the time to walk us through what to expect, allowing us to shop confidently and truly enjoy the experience. She was exceptional at explaining every document we were signing and was in every communication with our builder, asking the questions we didn't know to ask. She expertly negotiated on our behalf and advised us well with our best interest in mind. Aside from Kendra really "knowing her stuff," she was simply a joy to partner with. Her heart for her work shows, and our family will forever be grateful for her.

Working with Kendra is an absolutely excellent experience! She skillfully handled all the moving parts of our three part "stack" of contingent buys and sells with professionalism and expertise. Kendra is fantastic! She simultaneously helped us navigate a challenging market as sellers while also helping us find the perfect new construction home in Franklin as buyers. Her communication was excellent - super responsive and we always felt like we knew what was going. She was super present throughout all parts of the process - staging, showing, meeting with the builders, etc. She was a huge advocate for us - during negotiations, working with the builder on timelines and fixing things, etc. Couldnt have asked for a better experience from a real estate pro!

She is an excellent communicator, stays on top of dates/times and deadlines, works well with the other agents, title and lenders, provides superior advice and negotiation skills and is also just amazing to deal with. Kendra was an incredible help throughout the home-buying process. I was a little nervous about buying my first home. She kept me informed about new homes on the market without pressuring me to buy. She worked around my busy schedule, and knew what questions to ask! Buying a home was an easy, exciting process because of her enthusiasm and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
