Eastwood Deli Co

This is the first time I am posting a bad review for ANY business. I placed an online order from California for a dear friend who was moving/driving from Cali to Nashville. Eastwood had great reviews, a good menu, and is located close to my friend's new home. Received confirmation electronically and verbally for the order and delivery address. The day of delivery, Eastwood decided not to deliver because I did not answer my phone to confirm the delivery address a 3rd time. The person I spoke to was rude and only wanted to argue and blame me. Although Eastwood refunded my money, I would not recommend them due to the poor customer service.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The food has always been spot on. Always flavorful, filling, and made fresh. Atmosphere is pretty chill. Theyre always playing fun music. Excellent spot for breakfast/lunch.
