        CA South Constructors has been a pleasure to work for/with. The process the have from start to finish shows they truly care about their customer. With each Job they send out a link to BuilderTrend which keeps, the owner, subs, and all internal staff in communication in real-time. They upload photos daily so I can keep tabs on the project, which allows me more time to not have to continuously follow up on the project progression. Their staff have been very kind, and understanding, giving solutions as unexpected problems take place. Their proposal and budget is line itemed out so I know exactly what their scope of work is and what to expect throughout the project, they try to stay ahead of the game on originating questions weeks to months in advance. I would definitely recommend!

        Working with CASC was/has been a pleasure. I had the privilege of working with them in a strictly commercial environment - an environment that demands more organization, communication, and proper execution than any other. Project was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. Above all, I felt throughout the entire project (a project with challenges due to supply chain conditions) that things would be taken care via their excellent customer service and integrity in the best way that it possibly could. Both office and field leadership was excellent.

      We recognize the reviews posted 8/29/23, including this one, to be from people affiliated with a subcontractor we terminated for breach of contract. The subcontractor was given appropriate Notice to Cure and an extended time to resolve defects in their work. They did not fix their defects and caused a significant delay in the overall construction schedule. As a result, we terminated their contract and are replacing them with a new vendor. They will be paid any remaining money in their contract after the new subcontractor fixes their defects, completes their scope of work, and is paid out of the remaining subcontract amount.
