This was my first experience with this clinic. They are welcoming, kind, immediately put you at ease. My nurse practitioner did a wonderful job of listening to me intently, explaining their approach and my new medicine. I highly recommend this place. They truly care.

This morning I arrived to my appointment at 7am to find the door locked and lights off. I soon realized I had missed my appointment yesterday, which I thought was today. Marci, the kind woman behind the front desk, arrived around 7:15 and was eager to ease my anxiety behind the situation. She was very supportive, patient, and understanding that I had missed my appointment. She even went as far to contact my medication manager to help me receive a refill, despite missing my appointment, AND contacted the pharmacy to question why my prescription was not getting filled. The person at the front desk is the first face you see when you enter an establishment, in turn cultivating the energy in the space. Marci always greets me pleasantly and ready to aid me with anything I need. I have had many stressful situations with health-care reception, and I cannot emphasize enough how much her attitude positively impacts my visits to the center. Also, though I am only a few visits in, I am satisfied with the care I am receiving from the providers as well. Thank you Family Care Center!
