Neighborhood Health at Cleveland Park

Went in for a dentist appointment that I canceled. Walked in and saw nobody had masks on including the lady beside me and the man behind the desk had his mask over his chin. He asked me to put my mask on for some reason?? I was the only white person in there and I felt like he was singling me out. And was rude from the start.

They ask for a mask in 2024 St Thomas does not ask for masks Vanderbilt does not ask for a mask Metro Nashville Hospital does not require masks Is it legal for them to order masks without approval from the state of TN or the CDC?

Huge THANK YOU TO NURSE HARVEY! From Day 1 she tentatively listened, applied & supplied all my needs. I thought my life was over a year ago. I'm looking forward to my future. In addition to the welcoming, uplifting office & nursing staff , that's what people want when seeking medical care.

Ive literally called 6 or 7 times trying to make a simple appointment. They always say someone will call me back in a day or 2 and no one ever does. It has been months.

I just went there for my first time today and they are amazing. The staff was very patient and understanding. Their services are income based and if you arrive early and there aren't patients ahead of you they'll call you in. As someone with autism and has had bad experiences in the past with other dentists this place is where you need to go if you are nervous. They'll talk to you and be patient with you. I had a couple of cavities and they didn't judge me just gave me some advice. This place should be ranked 5 stars
